R. Steven Caldwell C.P.A

Steve has been a Certified Public Accountant for the past 15 years and has been in the accounting field for over 20 years. He brings experience to the table that includes working in the Public Accounting arena, specializing in tax, as well as experience as the Controller of a management company and the Controller/CFO of a $5 million annual sales manufacturing company.

Steve is active in the Central Oregon business community. He has served on the Board of Directors of Economic Development of Central Oregon (EDCO) as well as served on the Prineville/Crook County Board of Directors. He has also been member and Treasurer of the Prineville Economic Development Advisory Board.

Dwayne S. Caldwell

Dwayne brings a solid background of managerial accounting experience.  His experience includes working in the accounting field in the industries of Agriculture, Retail, Golf, Real Estate Development, Manufacturing, Construction, and Banking.  His areas of interests include cost accounting, internal control system design, and business model design.

Dwayne is a proud resident of the state of Oregon.  He has lived both on the west and east sides of the Cascades.  He Graduated from Oregon State University and Eastern Oregon University with degrees is in Agricultural Science and Business Adminstration respectively.  Currently Dwayne serves as a member and Treasurer of the Prineville Economic Development Advisory Board.  Dwayne is also on the Audit and Finance Committee for the non profit entity Economic Development of Central Oregon.
